cheap glasses

can i get prescription lenses inserted into a cheap pair of glasses bought online?

if i buy a pair of cheap glasses (i like the geeky glasses) on ebay could an optician change the lenses? – i need prescription lenses for reading, watching tv, computer, etc. any help?? thanks!!

It really depends upon your prescription. Some lenses cannot be fit into certain frames due to the thickness of them. Also, you need to consider the fact that the lenses will have to be professionally cut down to fit your chosen frames. In all honesty, it would probably work out cheaper to buy a pair, lenses and all through your optician.

Buying eyeglasses online? Never heard of that. How about cheap glasses?

How could you possibly purchase them without the correct measurements of your face? Are there any places that you can get them cheap?

I would stick to going to see an eye doctor in person, somethings you just can’t do over the net, your eyes are a precious gift, however you could buy frames you like from a reputable site, in case you have problems with the frames, you could exchange or return them, and have the eye doctor put in your prescription….good luck!!!!!

Is there really any important difference betwn designer and regular cheap glasses?

So I’m getting glasses soon and I’m only gonna be needing them to drive and for school. I’m near-sighted.

Should I care what glasses I get? Besides having the "designer" logos on them, what are the differences in terms of quality and stuff. I never wore glasses before so yeah but I know that d&g, prada, chanel, and like those are from $200 and up.

The frames of more expensive glasses are constructed better and should last longer than cheaper frames. But, as long as you choose carefully with the criteria being sturdy construction, you should be able to find something where you don’t have to be advertising someone else’s brand.

Always remember to use both hands when taking your glasses off. Pulling them off in a hurry with only one hand bends them out of shape.

There are so many fun choices of frames now that glasses have almost become a fashion accessory. Some celebrities years ago wore glasses with clear lenses just for the look.

Those are quite in or just any other ones that are plastic frame. They are a good site to purchase from, they’re also one of the cheapest. I’ve been buying glasses for several years and they’ve always been the best to me.

my glasses just broke but the lenses are fine. I dont want a new frame that looks just like the one that just broke. i want a new frame but the same lenses. im really short on cash and need a place that provides frames and can fix them up for not much money. like seriously cheap.
